CAC announces new data transfer capability

The Cornell Center for Advanced Computing announced today the availability of an CAC Amazon S3 Globus
Connector that offers a Globus interface to any Amazon S3 bucket.
Using the “CAC Amazon S3 Connector” Globus endpoint, users can transfer data between an AWS S3 bucket and any Globus endpoint, says Steven Lee, systems consultant at CAC.
This free service is available to anyone with a Cornell NetID. No CAC account or project is required.
